Buildings Status Investigation and Earthquake Damage Prediction in Xingtai Village Based on Risk Survey

摘要: 通过对河北省邢台地区18个区县、82处行政村的
10425 栋村镇房屋的建造方式、房屋结构、建造年代等相关数据进行实地调查,发现该地区村镇房屋的地震安全性普遍较低。在建造方式和结构方面,采用圈梁构造柱的砖混结构房屋占据了较大比例,但仍然存在大量抗震性能较差的简易结构。在实地调查的基础上,运用解析法对简易结构进行了更精细的易损性矩阵计算,得出4类建筑群体的易损性矩阵,为震害预测、经济损失计算以及河北省的震害研究提供了科学依据。Abstract: A field investigation was conducted on 10,425 village houses across 18 districts and counties, and 82 administrative villages in the Xingtai region of Hebei Province. The study examined factors such as construction methods, house structures, and construction age. The results reveal that the seismic safety of rural houses in this area is generally low. In terms of construction methods and structures, brick-concrete houses with loop and column construction are predominant. However, a significant number of houses still feature simple structures with poor seismic performance. Based on the field survey, a refined vulnerability matrix for simple structures was developed using an analytical approach. Vulnerability matrices were also derived for four types of building groups. These matrices provide a scientific foundation for earthquake damage prediction, economic loss estimation, and damage assessment in Hebei Province.-
